Will any switch plate work? Or do I have to buy the switch plate shown in the video?

Hi Anthony, The RCL-153P can be used with existing standard traditional wall plates or the Lutron Fassada wall plate (ie: FG-1-WH). Please keep in mind, specialty molded wall plates may be too thick and may not allow the dimmer to function properly. Lutron would not recommend anything thicker than the Lutron Fassada Wall Plates to be used. Thanks

What if there is no existing ground wire in the wall?

Hi Ben, The RCL-153P doesn't require a ground connection. If there is no ground, simply cap off the green wire with one of the provided wire nuts. Please see important note #3 on the installation guide for more information: www.lutron.com/TechnicalDocumentLibrary/0301951.pdf Hope this helps!

not very helpful, cant seem to get them to work, put an ohm meter on them and nothing. whats up with that ?
