You don’t add salt to the lambnto cook in the instant pot ?

I do add salt to the meat only when I use the instant pot but when I cook it over the stove I don't add it from the beginning. I add it in the end of cooking time

Do you not season the shanks with salt? The salt you put at first didn’t have time to penetrate..

The first salt I added was just to remove the gamey flavor of the lamb with vinegar. I added salt later but for some reason it didn't show up in the video but it is mentioned it in the written recipe in the description box below the video.
