Just made it. Amazing!! Shank is actually able to be overcooked too, but this recipe and timing is spot on. I didn't need to add the cornstarch. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Good recipe but before you add thickening, lay some paper towels over the top of the food in IP one sheet at a time to soak up the fat. Lamb is a fatty meat. Then thicken and serve!
