1 cup Dried Chickpeas / Canned
1 cup Onion minced
2 each Green Chili slit open
1 cup Tomato crushed
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Kashmir red chili powder / Cayenne
1 tablespoon Coriander powder
1/2 to 2 teaspoon Chana Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 pinch Sugar optional
3/4 teaspoon Salt *** Read notes

1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
3 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Butter / Ghee optional
1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped, for garnish

works great. i love that it has stainless steal pot inside kzbin.infoUgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg and not the one with coating. we used to have a coated pot before, and the coating slowly peels, and i am sure went into the food that we cooked. Absolutely love stainless steel, and will not use a coated product again.This pot has many settings and many buttons, and i need to sit down with a manual to figure out which setting to use. I used the basic functions, and even though i am not technologically skilled, i turned it on and assembled it without any help.Very satisfied with this product overall.

@@spiceindiaonlinerecipes I tried cooking it last night and I messed it up so bad. My cooking is not good. It was on for 8 minutes but the chickpeas were hard, the sauce tasted too such like tomato, and it wasnt a gravy it was liquid :(
