Welcome - I am happy to share my first food video.
I started making this dish in 2020 during my first attempt at a plant-based diet. Over the years I have grown to love this combination and it is now a staple in my diet. Below is my recipe for this dish.

Recipe - For Instant Pot
1/2 c uncooked rinsed Quinoa
1/2 c uncooked rinsed Lentils
2-2 1/2 c water (I use Vegetable Broth when not using a bouillon base)
3 stalks of chopped celery
chopped onions (to taste)
chopped garlic (to taste)
1 tbs of *dry seasonings;
*Black pepper
*Cumin
*Turmeric
*Parsley
*Basil
Vegetable stock or bouillon cubes- I used "Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base"
I set IP manually for 16 min and do a quick release at the end. The time works for me to get the texture I like. You can play around with the time by 1 min intervals and amount of water to achieve your desired density.
