Last night i was suffering from upper back pain, it didn't let me to sleep, so today i decided to research about it and find some treatment and then i found this video, so after i watched this i prefer the things that needed to start this exercise and now at the moment i am like 'WOW' it's really effective and it lessen the pain. This back problems guide known as 4BackPainExercise.blogspot.com has cured by back discomfort. That`s truly a great deal to me because I have been working with many, several guidelines and also my back still very painful after each a different one. I did not assume my back will be much better. I am wishing this will by last remedy!

I’ve been in agony for 2 weeks now with shoulder pain that was shooting up in to my neck. I tried this (I didn’t have tennis balls but I borrowed some of my cat’s toys) and felt instant relief. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I've been suffering with horrible upper back pain in this one specific spot just next to my spine for two years. Its sore a lot and sometimes it would start spasming literally making me bed ridden crying in pain. All dr wanted to do is prescribe muscle relaxers -_- I can already feel it getting better and loosening up.

I would really recommend going to see a chiropractor i think they could really help your back problems with natural and immediate solutions - watch some videos of dr ians work

Hi Doc, I'm not sure if my pain is related to scapula or rhomboid. Can u pls explain how to identify the exact part? Clue: I can experience the pain btwn left shoulder blades even if I press my left clavicle bone and also the pain radiates till the hand from back of my elbow. Any help is highly appreciated.. Hey Michelle, are you actively keeping your back arched/belly hollowed while laying on the balls/roller, so the low/mid back doesn't fall towards the floor? Is this a preference or a recommendation for spinal safety? Hope the question make sense :) Thanks!

It does make sense. I suggest that instead of doing a hollow body that you pick a prop that feels comfortable on your back. You can always add a little towel under your middle back if it feels like it needs more support. Thought I do sometimes lift my hips or wiggle around to enhance the stretch, I feel like it is ultimately best if you can truly relax into it completely. But, of course, if you suspect that this isn't a good stretch for you personally - then listen to your body! You could do a doorway stretch for a similar effect (I have a video about that one also).

well, I am a hemiplegic patient. which is caused due to a severe ischemic brain stroke, which have damaged 2/3rd part of my brain's right hemisphere.my left side is totally gone. and periodically a hunch in my back have developed. now, due to this my both paraspinal muscles are now extremely tight and severely paining . I try to strech 'em while sitting, but that's not working out . my physio have applied chiropractor pressure on my back, which reduces the pain for half an hour right after the therapy session, but post that the pain again increases. please guide me with some exercises, which can help me in stretching & releasing my back muscles and strengthen them at the same time

I had been truly blown away from this back ache guidebook called Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it). The program was basically the reason why my knees, hips and back are realigned. As I get up each and every morning, I truly don`t feel ache any more. The situation of my knees has significantly improved ever since I began using this.
