Instant White Dhokla Recipe With No Fermentation | सूजी का ढोकला | Suji Dhokla (Hindi)

This Instant White Dhokla recipe is so quick to make that you do not need any fermentation process at all. This is a Suji/Rava/Semolina based recipe and you just need to mix all the ingredients and you are ready to steam the dhoklas. These are fluffy and oh so yummy to eat! Ingredients For Instant White Suji Dhokla:
1 cup (200g) semolina/suji/rawa
1 cup (240g) curd/dahi
½ teaspoon ginger, crushed
½ teaspoon green chilli, crushed
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Eno sachet/ ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch asafoetida/hing
Water, as required
For tempering:
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
½ teaspoon sesame seeds
10-12 curry leaves
3-4 green chillies, slit

@Moe actually, there is nothing that you can use instead of curd because it gives very smooth texture to the recipe... but I think you can add Malai cream to it... but just confirm
