Usually need a permit and also depends on what species of tree. So buying land legally doesn’t mean u can just do what u want unfortunately but there’s many reasons why this is good especially when sharing a creek or a river with others etc yada yadda

In some states you are allowed to cut but must also agree to replant the same type of trees like Oregon Timber Conservation Land...You are allowed to cut trees on your property generally..depending on the State

Southern Missouri generally does not get large amounts of snow (we can only remember a couple of major snowfalls in the last 15 years). More common for us to get a couple of inches that melts away in a few days.

Well I kind of figured that by the time I saw it and how old video was a nice piece of land but I'm looking for something that has a river or a good stream running through it year round a lot of woods very little open area or no open area I'll open up my own put the cabin in but it's got to back up to federal land like say the Daniel Boone national Forest in Kentucky or here in Michigan the manatee national Forest I don't want laying backing up to no state land states have a tendency of taking more than they need but federal land you ain't got no question on where the boundary is state land he always got a question to boundary but God bless have a very merry Christmas and I look forward to seeing more of your videos next year God bless

This is actually some of the least restricted land in the nation. This land is specifically for hunters/campers and it is totally buildable. The basic covenants protect the property values and do not affect 90% of purchasers.
