We also used to make புடலங்காய்/பரங்கிக்காய் பால் கூட்டு. கூட்டு எல்லாம் சேர்ந்து கொதிக்கும் போது சிறிது பாலும் சிறிது வெல்லமும் சேர்த்து செய்வோம். மிகவும் ருசியாக இருக்கும்

I just put pudalangsi,pasiparupu with turmeric powder together in small cooker and give just 2 whistles and let cool. Then have a kadai tamper with uradhdhal mustered and curry leaves. Adding coconut,Black pepper or red chilles with a tsp of rice flour or a tsp of potukadalai to have good consistency or thicknesses grind together and add to the tampering and then add boiled pudalangai,parupu mixture. As we add coconut mixture first this kootu will stay good till night even if prepared early morning 🎉. Good for kid's ,elderly and dieting people . If we add black pepper we say milagu kootu.if red pepper we say poricha kootu. If only green cilles,coconut and jeera it gives another good taste little different but adding hing or perungayam is must for good flavour. We can make this recepie with ashgourd,chowchow,drumstick, suraika,avaraika,also with mixed vegetables adding carrot,brinjal too..🎉
