I've been getting so many questions about Osteoporosis and bone health. So, I'm sharing another Q&A session that focuses on complementary therapies and practical actions you can take to improve your bone health. And I have another expert to help me answer the questions.

Hi Margie. We go way back to middle and high school. I just discovered your podcasts. They are very informative. I have a question about collagen. I have read that collagen turns into oxalates in your body and I know that oxalates are not good for the bones. I have been hesitant to take collagen for that reason. Wondering your thoughts on that.

Thank you for the incredible interview. Would you by chance have any idea which herbs would be best to stimulate estrogen receptors or do these really work. Might it be better to simply take Ostera. I cannot do BHRT.

Hello, that's was an amazing presentation! I'd like to ask, are there any vegetables rich in magnesium and poor in oxalates, because magnesium supplements cause GI problems to me. Thank you!

Does Dr. Millman believe in medication if there aren't any other causes aside from menopause (too old for HRT and had blood clots anyway) or is she strictly holistic? Thanks.

Just heard about fluoride to build bones. Any info you can provide?

I do NOT recommend Fluoride. Studies have shown that fluoride-induced increases in trabecular bone density are NOT associated with increased bone strength and can cause increased pain and skeletal stiffness. One of my first podcast guests talks about the problems with Fluoride. The good news is there are SO many ways you can build bone through exercise, nutrition, and figuring out any root causes of osteoporosis. This method really works. Thanks for reaching out.
