I have had these for several weeks kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Anabolic Aliens my adjustable dumbbells are too big and for some exercises they get in the way to do full range of motions . Is that a thing or am I doing it wrong . I mean it mostly for chest and tricep workout

gotta work with what you got... maybe try to angle movements slightly different to have more of a range ... we have multiple other routines and exercises if you need alternatives as well!

These are great pal when I first seen them I never imagined they would work with such low weights but they cripple you I combine chest tris and shoulders 2 rounds of each and Back legs and biceps the next day so sore after the best quick routine ever.

That was a killer routine there, 1 and 2 are really great for working those triceps but i think 2 is a bit more intense, especially the last exercise, that just killed me lol, yet another fantastic video keep up the good work.

Doing the last exercise gives that burn, especially when you finish your workout with this. Do low reps high volume at the start, then exhaust with high rep low volume to get maximum hypertrophy and when eating right, get GAINZ

Hey Mike! I’m a 17 year old that has made a commitment to have a better body. After using these 5 minute workouts (non-dumbbell and dumbbell), it seems like the dumbbell one will work the best for mass. Would this workout or the tabata dumbbell workout work better for mass? Plus, do you use these ever in your workouts? Besides that, keep up the good work!

hey Ben, yes the added resistance of weight (dumbbells) will help you get more mass faster! The 5 minute routines will help more with straight overall mass since the tabata ones are also designed to help you shred.
