Bro I’ve been doing this guys at home vids for a month and here’s what I found: 1) You gain weight unless you do serious dieting. It’s muscle 2) your arms hurt. Break up the workouts by days. Arms and chest on day, legs other, etc. 3) don’t give up, this works. Although you may not get that much visible gains, you gain a ton of strength. You can get size by increasing the amount of rounds

I did the 5min bicep, tricep, and shoulders as a complete routine for 3 weeks. I put 1/2' size on the bies and tries. This is significant considering all the heavier weight rep/sets rest/pause and repeat that I was doing that was doing nothing for me prior. These exercises work!

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
