My obliques are burning with those side planks and my tummy is turned on with those plank knee taps and low plank tuck and forwards and backwards!😊

Tummy turned on with dead bugs , high plank knee taps, and my obliques are burning with side planks! I love knee taps but I prefer high plank knee taps than low plank knee taps !
