I love this one. Short, yet strong and effective!! 💪 I do 10 minutes of Rebecca’s workouts every morning and it works! ❤ I’m 43 and have a bikini bod!

My obliques are burning with those side planks and my tummy is turned on with those plank knee taps and low plank tuck and forwards and backwards!😊

Tummy turned on with dead bugs , high plank knee taps, and my obliques are burning with side planks! I love knee taps but I prefer high plank knee taps than low plank knee taps !

Everyone’s body is different! It really depends on your diet!! And also from what point you’re starting from. But regardless you can make a big difference in your body with consistency and healthy dieting 😇
