Great program but question: for the banded row, shouldn’t the rowing arm corresponding to the flexing leg to match actual running form, opposite of what you did?

Note for me: Walrus push-ups are meant to be 5-10 push-ups and 4-5 sets, not vice versa.

Do you know if that workout is for off-season or in-season? I'm not very good at telling the difference. And if it is an in-season workout is this good for the beginning or towards the end when athletes are trying to peak?
