In case 1 I also find bilaterally distended ureters with Ø=6 mm (normal Ø = 3mm). Also the bladder looks distended with dimensions 10x9x9 cm = 810 cm^3. So in addition to acute pancreatitis this patients seems to suffer from urine retention. Am I correct? I am a 1st year resident doctor trying to get better at CT-abdomen.
