For every 10 likes this comment gets, I will do this whole workout. I need to start working out again. This will be good motivation. I will do this 3 days a week, for as long as it takes to complete however many workouts I'm assigned. Will update everytime I complete the workout. Hi, thanks for your videos. I'm about to install a wall mounted pull up bar and I will be its only user. I cannot decide how high from the ground should it be. Would you say the one you use in this video is the right height for you? Or would you prefer it a bit higher? Some people say it should be so high that one has to jump to it. Others say its better when you can grab the bar while standing on your toes, but then maybe they hit the ground while exercising?

The one in this video is an okay height. To be honest I’d like it just a few inches higher. Not too high to where I’d have to jump each time to get to it. That’ll make it harder especially when adding extra weight. Just tippy toes. Like real deal tippy toes having to fully extend to reach it is probably the best and what I’d prefer.
