Yes l did intermittent fasting everyday. It's a very useful diet for fat burning & energetic lifestyle. I did fasting for 2 months without any workout. I loss 13 kg by following 16:8 fasting method

ഞാൻ ഒരു മുസ്ലിമാണ് ഞഞളുടെ വിസ്വാസം അനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു വർഷത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകമായൊരു മാസം മുഴുവൻ fasting ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. പുലർച്ചെ 5 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 6.30 വരെയാണ് മതം അനുശ്വാസിക്കുന്നസമയം, ഒരു തുള്ളി വെള്ളം പോലും കുടിക്കാതെ, 30 ദിവസം തുടർച്ചയായി എത്രയോ ചെറിയ പ്രായം മുതൽകെ അത് ശീലിച്ച് വന്നതാണ്. ഇപ്പോയും തുടരുന്നു😊🤍. അത് കൂടാതെ ആഴ്ച്ചയിലെ എല്ലാ തികളാഴ്ച്ചയും വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച്ചയും ഇതേ രീതിയിൽ നോബെടുക്കുന്നതും പുണ്യമാണ്.

ഞാനും കുറച്ചു 13.5 kg വെയിറ്റ് .. 😊.8.5kg ഹെർബാലൈഫ് ഫുഡ്‌ വഴിയും,5 kg if വഴിയും... എന്റെ വെയിറ്റ് 92.7 kg ആയിരുന്നു.. നൗ 79.2 kg... Iam ഹാപ്പി 😊🙏🙏 My height is only 158 cm... So ടാർഗറ്റ് 58 kg..ഇപ്പോഴും വെയിറ്റ് ലോസ് ജേർണി തുടരുന്നു 😊.. 3ഡെലിവറി കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴാണ് വെയിറ്റ് ഇത്രയും ആയത്.. മൂന്ന് ഡെലിവറി ക്കും ലേഹ്യം ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല.. തടി വെക്കും എന്ന് പേടിച്ചു.. എന്നിട്ടും വെയിറ്റ് 92.7 ആയി.. ഓവർ വെയിറ്റ് കാരണം ഒരു പാട് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് അനുഭവിച്ചു... നടക്കാൻ വയ്യ,15 മിനിറ്റിൽ കൂടുതൽ നിൽക്കാൻ വയ്യ... കുട്ടികൾ ടെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പോലും ചെയ്യാൻ വയ്യ... ശെരിക്കും കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു.. പത്തു ചുവട് നടന്നാൽ ശ്വാസം മുട്ട്, കിതപ്പ് എന്ന് വേണ്ട തടികൂടിയാൽ എന്തെല്ലാം ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടോ അതെല്ലാം എനിക്കും ഉണ്ടായി.. കൊളെസ്ട്രോൾ ഫാസ്റ്റിംഗ് ൽ 316 ആയി... ഇപ്പോൾ എന്റെ കൊളെസ്ട്രോൾ 200 ഒൺലി... 😊🙏. സാരി യുടുക്കണം.. ആ ഒരാഗ്രഹം ആണ് എന്നെ വെയിറ്റ് ലോസിന് പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ച ത് 🙏. എന്നാൽ ചോദിക്കും ഇപ്പോൾ സാറിയുടുത്താൽ എന്താ എന്ന്.. എനിക്ക് കോൺഫിഡൻസ് ഇല്ല... That is the റീസൺ... ഇത്രയും വെയിറ്റും വെച്ച് സാറിയുടുത്താൽ ഒരു അമ്മച്ചി ലുക്ക്‌ എനിക്ക് തന്നെ ഫീൽ ചെയ്യുന്നു... So ഐഡിയൽ വെയിറ്റ് അതാണ് എന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം... 😊😊🙏🙏

അയ്യോ ഈ കമന്റ് വായിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നോക്കിയതും ഞാൻ ഇട്ട കമന്റ് ആണോ എന്ന്. കാരണം എന്റെ സെയിം അവസ്ഥ ഇത് തന്നെയാണ്. പിന്നെ മൂന്ന് കുട്ടികളുഎന്നുള്ളത രണ്ടു കുട്ടികളും ഉള്ള ഒരു ഒറ്റ വ്യത്യാസം മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂ. ബാക്കി വെയ്റ്റും ആ അവസ്ഥയും എല്ലാം സെയിം തന്നെയാണ്. എന്റെയും വെയിറ്റ് 92 കിലോയാണ്. ഞാൻ 87kg ഉള്ള സമയത്ത് ഹെർബ ലൈഫ് ഫുഡ് കഴിച്ചു 74 കിലോ വെയിറ്റ് ആയതായിരുന്നു. അതു നിർത്തി കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ പെട്ടെന്ന് എന്റെ വെയിറ്റ് കൂടി 92 കിലോയിൽ എത്തി. എന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ആഗ്രഹം സാരിയുടുത്ത് പുറത്തു പോകണം എന്നുള്ളതാണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ചുരിദാർ ഇട്ടുപോലും പുറത്തു പോകാറില്ല കാരണം പുറത്തിറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും എന്നെ കളിയാക്കുകയാണ്.
