This is all good and a much needed resource for this cool language project! I really hope that Interslavic continues to grow and gets the same recognition as Interlingua and Esperanto!

Wow, very easy are numbers in Interslavic. In Polish are similar. We write siedem (7) and osiem (8). Polish numbers can lose some letters with dozens numbers - czterY (4), but czternaście (14). The biggest difference between Polish and Interslavic is number 0 (zero). Thanks for today and have a good weekend! :)

Hi Sandra. Thank you so much for the great video. I am native speaker of 2 languages: Russian & Ukrainian. Everything was 100% understandable except one thing - "broj" - never have heard about this word. We use "čysla/Числа" (numbers) or "čyfry / Цифри" (digits). I don't think that we actually have something similar. I can see, that somebody commented about numbers in Russian. So i will just write how it is in Ukrainian. I don't know how to transliterate to latin the letter "Я", normally we are using "YA", but it seems to be in west Slavic languages "ja" is used mostly, so i will use it. 0 - Nul' (нуль), 1 - Odyn (один), 2 - Dva (два), 3 - Try (три), 4 - Chotyry/ čotyry (чотири), 5 - pjat' (п'ять), 6 - shist' / šhist' (шість), 7 - sim (сім), 8 - visim' (вісім), 9 - dev'jat' (дев'ять), 10 - desjat' (десять). 11 - Odyn[nadtsjat'], 12 - dvan[nadtsjat'], 13 - tryn[nadtsjat'] and so on. 20 - dvadtsjat' (двадцять) , 21 - dvadtsjat'odyn ... but 40 - sorok and 90 - dev'janosto, 30 - try[dtsjat']... 100 - sto 1000 - tysjacha / tysjača (тисяча)

Haha and for me is strange cislo. Well cifra is actually familiar to me. I found in Interslavic dictionary that you can say cifra and čislo too,but problem is if I say a lot of examples, everyone will learn it how is similar in their country, but I guess that is also why I choose broj. I will try in the future videos explain all ways of saying or at least first consult with other inventors what is the best:) thank you for watching and your comment😊

Except for tysec it's close to identical in Bulgarian. For thousand Bulgarian has хиляда, две хиляди, три хиляди ... Also the tens are often contracted into a shorter form which is quicker to pronounces, e.g. дванадсет is often contracted into дванайсет. How would you say 21 in interslavic? "dvadeset i jedno"?

Hello) In Russian 7 is sem′ and 8 is vosem′. (I use ′ to soften, like "j" ) In video about Cyrillic you have said that it is hard for you to see the difference in prononsiation between "И" and "Ы". So In Russian 4 or chetyri sounds the same, it is четыре. And while transcripting to latin Ы became Y more often than i. 1000 is also tysyacha -- тысяча. We have almost the same number words formation, except 40. 40 is not chety[dtsat'] (as 30 is tri[dtsat'] and 20 is dva[dtsat']) but sorok.

@@findinginspirationwithsand5963 from Interslavic itself... You even pronounced right in the video "sedem" and "osem" and not "sedm", "osm" :) The dictionary is not the absolute truth. I.e. on Jan's site it is written "tysęć" for "thousand". It is also strange, nevertheless, it is feminine. You in the video use "tysęč" that is a masculine one. It would be great maybe to present video texts in Interslavic to the one of the Interslavic committee (Roberto, Vojtech, Jan, etc.). The job you are doing is undoubtedly outstanding, but it would be a pity if afterwards people cite wrong words. Thanks :)
