i don't think so... no one asks .when he was doing an interview for a tv show the interviewer asked about mysterious skin and he more or less stated that he's happy they brought it up because no-one asks about it. in his brick+ mysterious skin era i think he just wanted to have a mystic around him / seem more serious especially when the story carries so much magnitude.
