Heather & Katherine -l found this quite fascinating even though aside from the deep & meaninful dimensions of astrology l have not incorporated these other realms very much into my consciousness. I saw the orbs that seemed to enter as the light beams filled the room. Later I read some of Katherine's posts & tried out some sacred syllables espec the ♥ ones. Immediately after this l opened Twitter - the first tweet on screen read "l am heartbroken..." A woman was soon to euthanise her beloved elderly dog ( a situation l knew 7 years ago) Tears flowed. Release & l hope some ♥ healing occurred . Magic 😊

Hello Ms. Heather and Ms. Katherine, Thank you for this post. I have not read Ms. Katherine's books yet, but I deeply agree with her about the importance of grounding our energy before activating upper chakras. To do that, I have learned from someone that its as simple as it is to just massage and pay attention to our feet, especially the center point of our feet, that's called Fountain (湧泉in Chinese) . I like to hold heavier side of weights on both hands, just stand straight, and focus on rooting the energy down to earth and up to the upper chakras for grounding. I also use chest press chair(?) to open up, activate, and fill up the heart chakra. It works for me, and I just wanted to share what i do to align my energy. Thank you Ms. Heather for your galactic reading always:)!
