Thank you for the information & Mark Wildman. I'm new to you but I've watched many of Mark's videos & he is very detailed & knowledgeable. Now I have two sources to get help from. Hope y'all continue on. Much success.

I know this vid is nearly a week old, but after learning basic mace, club, and kettlebell stuff (especially mace 360 and club shield cast), pretty much only from your and Mark’s channels, I’ve made it a habit to do at least 10 min 360’s with a mace daily. I feel it has really made a difference, even without being super scientific about training. I am stronger, but I also have a lot less pain in my neck and shoulders. I didn’t start for therapeutic reasons, but it is a noticeable improvement, so thank you for putting this out there! Also, I like that Mark talked about Shaolin melon hammers. That was the nearest equivalent to clubs I had access to when I was learning these movements.

It's more about moment arm than torque.

Yes, moment arm is a component of a proper swing. Most folks don't know that term, so we simplify a bit here. But good on you for knowing your physics. Let's get you to a workshop!! www.flowshala.com/workshops

We are both very excited to bring this in person training opportunity to the public. I hosted as the interviewer and curated all of the questions for mark as a guest on my KZbin. I’ve got lots of content to share, and do so consistently and for free via virtual workshops throughout the year. Best to you!
