My guess is that right now it's kind of a "who roasts better" competition. I doubt the guy was oblivious enough to not see he's taking part in a sketch. Still he managed to get his points across and I'm guessing that was his goal: create the next viral which will promote his company along the way (among a quite technical audience, since that was always this channels goal, ain't I right?). And sooner or later it might happen, like crypto ;)

@@axeman2638 By now I think they know what they are into. And this might as well be scripted. Many cuts, too. I mean, some of the questions and remarks are so overtly comedic, how can you miss that? Or let's put it the other way round: If those people really don't get it, then they should be puzzled and offended by some questions, especially later in the interview.

Wanted to actually give their auto-rig a try since I make 3D animations and it literally didn't allow me to rotate my model so my character is just stuck in a permanent sideways crab-walk. It's like mixamo (which is free) but slower and without anything working. How did this ever come to fruition ?

Hello @guy_roh - yes you need your model rotated in a certain way at the moment - which you can fix in any 3D software - but we're adding auto rotation in very soon so this will be fixed! Sorry to lurk in the comments hehe 😆

That software actually looks interesting. I wonder if they have gltf support for bevy. Generally models and animations are often such a pain point, if you dont want to learn the entire paradigm of modelling just to get it working, any tool is welcome.

If you will create a gamified social media app working on the basis of/with AI, there should be a way for the people to create content using the inapp tools, so the hard part is creating the sandbox, end user friendly tools. I still don't know how meme these interviews are. Is that person real?

it's amazing how much proof there is that 3d environments, by themselves, or even 2d (habbo hotel anyone), only have a limited reach (playstation home), purpose and life span. I don't even know if there is a video game that capture the amount of people this person is considering is on the table. People want to live their real lives, and have technology assist the, not live in the technology.

Are you by any chance Austrian? You kind of sound like you've got a german accent and your eyes look specifically austrian as well as the texture of your skin. Austrians just look peculiarly different from other central europeans.

You can’t tell the difference between an Austrian and a German because they are genetically the same people. But yes, he looks Germanic.

@@HikarusVibrator I think beg to differ, you can even tell differences in people from the same country but from different regions. Austrians look slightly croatian/slovakian, probably because they're next to each other. Similarly Austrians have a slightly more mediterranean skin complexion, they're often not as fair as scandinavians or germans. They also tend to have hooded hunter eyes. As for culturally, they're also different in their culture and temperament. Austrians are more straightforward people. I mean, I grew up amongst them so I think this should give my opinion a bit more weight, but yeah these are just my repeated observations.
