This is such an uplifting and inspirational video. But also, about your reformer journey, i started Reformer this year in May, and it was something i'd been wanting to do for years but have had to much anxiety going to on my own, i also don't and haven't been doing any other form of exercise before so i wasn't the healthiest and that scared me, BUT i tried the first class just after you started talking about it which helped push me to actually finally try it, and i fell in love. just WOW, it is my absolute obsession now and i now go 3-4 times a week and for the first time in so so many years of hating the way i look i'm starting to see a change and feeling a bit more confident, not fully there yet but i'm not hating myself as badly anymore and honestly if that's not a win i don't know what is! but it's because i feel so much stronger and notice how much better i'm getting at it. Anyway sorry for the long ramble, just wanted to thank you for giving me that final inspiration to try it because it's been 7 months of me falling in love with pilates and i'm now fully a pilates princess. thank you and as always you are my favourite here on youtube and i feel such comfort in watching your videos xx

The best thing you can do for us is to inspire us to buy fewer but better pieces. I’m 39 and I just started to feel that fast fashion or cheap fashion is bringing me down. I think what’s cute on a twenty something is somewhat undignified on me. I need better quality, nicer things on me. Since my budget doesn’t match my aspirations for quality I actually taught myself to tailor. Killing two birds as I now also have a very fulfilling creative hobby. This way I can splurge on shoes, bags and accessories.

Loved this video & the chatty nature of it!! A quick thought I had when you mentioned cutting out negativity: it was pushing through some negativity before Alex’s diagnosis that helped you guys get to the other side of that tunnel! I totally understand what you mean by wanting to eliminate the negative from your life but I really think there is so much value in working through some of it, especially with the ones that mean the most. You are such a committed partner from what I see in your videos & I am so inspired by your strength & devotion to your husband as I have just entered the married life with my partner! Take it easy on yourself Victoria, no one is perfect. It is good to set goals and to work towards them, but always remember things happen for a reason and on a timing of their own---much is out of your hands. As to the Birkin, I think Hermes did the best marketing ploy in the history of mankind (can't think of another right off the top of my head right now). There is only about $800 worth of leather/hardware in the bag and then add a bit for workmanship. I don't think it is worth more or better quality than many of the other high quality leather goods out there---they have just marketed themselves like the darned things are made out of fairy tears or something. From where I sit, you and Alex aced 2024. Just keep on keeping on (as the old saying goes:).

Loving your motivational mood board on your phone I need to make one for 2025! Currently I have a quote on my screensaver that says “believe something so deeply it has no other choice but to manifest for you” which is so reassuring to see every day but I love the idea of prettier images. Also-just wanted to mention- I have been in EMDR therapy for over a year for panic anxiety and agoraphobia. I had awful sleep paralysis and nightmares, and EMDR created a sort of safety net for when those types of dreams happened. It switched my brain to feel I was safe so I wouldn’t remain paralyzed with fear I couldn’t get out of. Just wanted to throw that out there, surely you will find exactly what’s right for you! But if it helps I couldn’t just say nothing. ❤
