Hello Gina. I'm a culinary major but I try to stay away from baking. As u know that's a whole different creature lol. You however has sparked the interest with all your easy instructions. Best of all I recognize the brand of food you use and I have a market near me where I can get it. With the economy the way it is not everyone has the money for upscale markets. Another thing thanks for showing everyone that you don't need fancy tools to cook with. A fork can do what a whisk does and as you know a PVC can be your rolling pin. Like you say "Don't be afraid". I have all the professional tools but lazy to dig them out sometimes. Keep up the good work. Love Ya.

Hi Sweetheart Gina, you do make cooking fun of course you do! Also I know you appreciate feedback! But when some of your followers start acting all like they are the Gina police, making people who offer their way of cooking & tips are treated so downright meanly is not good or fair to those of us.. who only want to enjoy the whole experience..which of course includes the comment section! No worries here in this kitchen is what I love to hear you say!

Homemade cinnamon rolls or, "Stickey Buns", have been a specialty of mine for years. I;ve made them for Christmas breakfast every year for over forty years, and they've become a tradition our kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews look forward to every year! The best part of making them, besides eating them, is knowing when the dough is ready just by the feel of it! Loved your video.

Just found your channel about a week ago and have really enjoyed your recipes, so many good ones. If I may suggest one thing it would be to use real butter instead of margarine. Margarine has a high water content so when used to top rolls etc you are also wetting down the surface, the reason why the sugar mixture ran out of the cinnamon rolls. Also butter just gives a better taste overall. One other thing regarding cinnamon rolls, if you use bread flour instead of all purpose the texture is far better. I've been making them for 10 yrs, I love to bake...and eat. lol Keep up the awesome videos. Be good and be blessed.

My momma was known for her cinnamon rolls & to make them special she's put a pats of real butter & light brown sugar in the bottom of the pan before placing the rolls in & baking them. Once the baking was done she'd turn the pan over & the carmel was already made for the frosting. Another thing she did, that saved a lot of time, was cut a piece of dental floss about 12 inches long & use that to cut the dough - easy peasy. Just slide it under the dough then criss-cross the ends & pull - you have a new roll - repeat until done.

Hi Gina! Have you ever tried putting more butter in the baking pan? I use about 1/2 cup. They soak up all the butter and bake up extra buttery.
