So, if I am in progress of 24 hours, I complete the application, then after my spring classes have ended, I will submit my final transcript?

How can I know if I've earned 24 semester hours of required transferable coursework if I study at a Mexican college? Credits in Mexico and in the US are counted differently. How can I make the conversion?

Do the applicants who have completed 24 hours by the fall deadline receive a priority over those who have 24 hours IN Progress?

It's my understanding that you have to have the credits complete at the time of applying. You can't be in progress.
