That was Pap, Sans *AND EVEN* Chara fighting Frisk so they would calm down and use Reload instead of rushing ahead into another catastrophe. Deja-vu is one thing, but Pap and Frisk only actually fought versus Sans once, in Snowdin.

For those who dislike Undyne rn, think about the fact that she has done a crap ton of stuff to get where she is. The final soul. We already know that Undyne in OG undertale is kinda the same way. She wants everyone to be free. The fact she wants this is understandable because she has done A LOT. She built a frickin mecha powered by DT. Her desperate and selfless behavior is pretty fair when it comes to reasoning.

Let's just take a moment to appreciate all the hard work that went into these latest chapters from Inverted Fate. It has a strong narrative, extremely well-written characters, and an incredible storyline and OST! These last two parts were SO. FRICKING. EPIC! I LOVE the introduction of new, original battle mechanics/ways to tell the story! That is very rare nowadays, and it's awesome to see it applied to Inverted Fate! Also, it was nice to see that Frisk didn't succeed at their first try to SAVE Undyne, instead having to RELOAD to SAVE her from herself, culminating in an epic anime battle/dialogue! This AU is AMAZING!! Keep up the good work, Inverted Fate Team! :D Good luck in your future work!

Honestly inverted fate is a highly original au and not an underswap clone, it's an au that takes the concept of a role swap...but makes it original, changes the storyline, and is just amazing overall. I may have only started reading the comic a few weeks ago but it keeps me into the story and into the plot and the characters, thank you, dorked, and everybody who helped, the au is top tier and I would recommend it to every person I know who likes this kind of thing, the story... no the journey has been wonderful and I hope it continues! I love how this fight was turned into a "traditional" battle to an awesome cutscene with enraged Undyne. It created this feeling of desperation, until finally Mettaton and Papyrus come to save the day! All of the scenes and pixel art were amazing. However... I really want to talk about the phone call scene at 10:25. First of all, I love MTT's sass about the whole thing, and how it parodies the pacifist ending of Mettaton's fight. But more importantly.... it gave me this really powerful feeling. I immediately had flashbacks to the Don't Give Up scene, and saving the lost souls during the Asriel battle in Undertale. When I first watched a playthrough, and again when I played the game for myself, it was amazing to see all the monsters stand up for me against Flowey, even the common enemies. Because they were important too. It truly felt like every single life I had spared, was now coming back to save my own. I had befriended them, and I had gotten them all this far. I couldn't give up now, they were counting on me. It gave me this huge confidence boost, knowing that even though, in Alphys's words, "It's technically impossible for me to beat him", I could still find a way to spare Asriel. I could use what I had learned to save the lost souls, and save every single monster's life again. It truly felt like the game was telling me what a great job I did, and rewarding me by sparing for them one last time. I had that same feeling watching this scene. All of the monsters Frisk had spared on their journey were now watching Undyne slowly getting more and more desperate. Frisk had spared them, had stood up for them all the way, and now they were standing up for Frisk in return. We could all work together to fight against one final enemy. That's what this scene made me feel, and I cherish it. Thank you so much Dorked, Sparks, Philiplol, and everyone at Fireglobe Productions. You've all created a wonderful story.

I love that Frisk, reloads to save/ or befriend someone even if it's a neutral route. This story had so much action, and emotions, and undynes music is a bop! It shows how detailed some aus can be, adding own battle systems, characters, designes, and many more. The animation has been amazing! (Also Papyrus saving frisk was the most wholesome and cool moment in this :) ).

Technically, the Neutral Route ended last Episode. This is the beginning of True Pacifist: just like in Undertale, you don't have enough information to save everyone without a reset. This marks the point where Frisk shows they are truly willing to go above and beyond, saving _everyone._ Not just friends, not just family, not even just "nice people", but even the people who they'd have every reason to leave behind.

Warning! Spoilers ahead! Ok, I'm putting it out there. This is one of the best parts yet! The mach fight alone was already well done, but after Papyrus and Mettaton joined, it became even better! The choreography in the animation was well done, and it would make for a really fun fan game! And when everyone called to convince Undyne to stop fighting....I can't describe how much I was moved. I only started reading this comic a few weeks ago, but it very quickly became one of my favorite AUs, and this is why! I really look forward to the next part, and I'm sure everyone else does too!

I think the best part of the entire animation is when everyone calls Mettaton and pleads for Undyne to spare Frisk. Even the most unlikely monsters, like Jerry, the Ruins monsters, and even Dohj ask her to let Frisk live. That's even better than when the UT monsters called UT Mettaton and begged him to stay.

I'd heap more praise on this AU, but the truth is I'm going to end up sounding repetitive. Everything about this is awesome, from the music to the animation to the story, etc, etc, etc. The phone call was definitely my favorite moment. I loved seeing all the characters cheer Frisk on. Also, can we take a moment to feel bad for Undyne? She knows she's the bad guy, but she wants her friends to see the sun again so badly that she doesn't care. I just feel sad for her, honestly. I wouldn't be surprised if she's mad at herself for letting the human go. Anyway, great work, as always!
