I had a 10th gen iPad kzbin.infoUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA . Felt it getting pretty slow at times even after doing a reset. So I am using that as a tablet for my 5 year old son and got this 9th gen version. MUCH faster, a little slimmer, smaller bezels, all around a leap forward. Plus, for the price that’s about $130-$150 cheaper than a current new model this is a nice deal. I look forward to the M-series CPUs coming into iPads which will really help future proof these tablets better but these latest CPUs are pretty strong and should do better to last several years with no compromises.

For me, the chip performance was not holding it back for me at all for work, that 12x bionic or whatever is so fast. But the what, 2 or 4 gigs of ram killed it. Stuff just gets wiped from ram too often to multitask - a couple tabs with large we pages or a pdf could fill the whole lot, and when you swap away it all needs to reload. 16GB of ram is absolutely huge for usability for work.

Dave man I don’t know if there’s a way to see how long I’ve subscribed to your Chanel but it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. What I like about this iPad M1 is that it force Samsung to release a Tab S with at least 8 to 10 giga base, its famous GPU developed with AMD and to revise its prices a little down . Yup, and some laptops are getting mini-LED too this year. iPad Pro 12's panel is be sourced by LG's subsidiaries, so should be better than other mini-LEDs on mobile devices we've seen in the past.

No. That's MicroLED. Mini LED is the closest LCDs will get to OLED but it is not better in every way. MicroLED is the direct upgrade to OLED with no downside, but it's many years away for smaller screens.
