iPad pro | Smart keyboard | iPad Pro Smart Keyboard not responding | quick fix

iPad pro - 3rd gen failed to recognise smart keyboard.. Even after OS update, restarting and reset Issue fixed with restoring flux in magnetic latch at the groove / slot. Yet to confirm ‘how long it works’
I used to get message “ Accessory not supported”
I went on with this method since my iPad support service expired.

I went to the Apple Store to find another one only to find out they don’t SELL THEM ANYMORE. SO GLAD I FOUND this video. I am truly amazed. I rubbed the magnet bottom first got no response so I rolled it across the top and it quickly responded. Thanks a Million.😊

Amazing!!!! You are a genius!!! Fixed my problem immediately. Did not have a magnet, so just slid my keyboard off on my wall knife magnet holder, and “BAMM”!!! Worked like a charm 👏🙌😊

I noticed if I do a hard reset on my iPad, the keyboard started working again too…

The first time i did it worked. but after a while it stopped work again. after doing the magnetic solution it started to work after some trials. and i think you should turn of and on again. the wifi and bluetooth. i think this is a temporary solution. do you guys happen again and again? ( i am tired of rubbing every time. and it not working everytime ş rub magnet.9 there should be some other way pls

You need to play with the magnet around the keyboard just pass it around like if is a bar of soap. Stick it many times and you can actually feel the magnet regain strength it’s crazy something new learn today.

@@gustavochairez5118 Just some feedback for you: what APPEARS to have solved the issue for me is to rub the magnet over *the 3 copper contact points* instead of over the little gap where the keyboard attaches to the iPad. So far it's working, keeping my fingers crossed.. 🫰
