At 13:00 basically the ascent has some aspects where it takes room you visited and has its exact replica, the layout is diffrent but the item room will always be the same on the ascent to the point where it remembers explosion marks and since you left an item in there the game will set the star sign on the room to say that there's an item there. This entire mechanic can be good if you didn't have a key OR if you didn't take a blind item because when going to an item room on the ascent it will reveal the blind item if you didn't take it (it works on the blind alt path item)
