Ireland Surpassed My Expectations For Landscape Photography!! 🇮🇪

Ireland is EPIC for landscape photography. It was actually much more rugged and epic than what I expected. We spend 4 days around Dingle in the south-western part of Ireland photographing the landscapes, the sea, the mountains and WAVES! We got some incredible conditions with a couple of storms passing by that delivered the most fantastic light!

It’s actually quite interesting to see the struggles a professional photographer experiences, because it helps us realize that experiencing difficulties is normal and not because we are necessarily bad at composing.

It also reminds me of a very recent KZbin video from Simon D’entremont, a wildlife Canadian photographer. It’s entitled “Here’s what THEY DON’T TELL YOU about getting into PHOTOGRAPHY” and it’s quite inspirational to watch for any photographer.

Many photographers use „epic“ in their videos to often and therefore I reduced my expectations. But in this case it’s the correct expression, Mads. Each shot an epic highlight! And thank you for making one long Ireland video - I love it especially with such a kind of beautiful seascapes.

Yours is my favorite landscape photography channel and I must say I am pleased you made this video where you were not 100% satisfied to begin. Great photos / compositions, and the excitement that you exude is wonderful. I do wish that you would include the specific exposure settings that you used when you show your final photos. Here 3 years later to hear you praise Michael gave me a sense that there IS something I can see in both of your work and the work of everyone you worked with here.
