50ml Cream
2 Tbsp Irish Butter
1kg Bacon Joint
1 Medium Sized Savoy Cabbage

I feel like I say this a lot, but it really doesn't get any easier than this! Frying up the leftovers the next day also gives you a complete different flavour and texture profile, its like 2 for the price of 1 😂
