The whole video demonstration is great, just one quick note, about the final 50s pushups for example.. quality over quantity ALWAYS.. 50s pushups can be 5-8 very well done slow pushups, considering you're using the fist stance, your torso should go deeper touching the ground, also I'm no expert but I think there's 0 point on bursting those pushups, squats etc.. after 15min of jabs and kicks.. the arms and legs have some great fatigue already of repeating exercise.. so a plank or wall sit or even a hand stand would be better towards the end.

Funny you say that because the other day I was watching a video in my gym about kicking it might have even been one of yours I was taking a sip of my pre-workout and was like oh yeah let me try this went ahead and kicked my bench instead of my bag. Worst than stubbing your pinky toe in the middle of the night

Thanks for the vid, with my work schedule it makes it hard to go to classes. Do you always follow through with your kicks? I've seen people say to kick then retract your leg back to stance. I guess it would require more control but you wouldn't be able to use as much power

Thank you so much! Glad I can help. Great question. For the most part yes. Sometimes I pull it back to practice more control, but like you said it has much less power. In the fight you would be throwing the kick all the way through. If you miss this is the balance you want to have. So it's more realistic to go through in my opinion. Hope that helps.
