Would not say one is better than the other. They are diffrent tools that each have its benefits. Shadowboxing is amazing because it really helps with balance and no equipment need.

Old sub new account, I got hacked. You might remember me if I go out of my way to tell you. I’m still doing the stretches. My job has kept me from working out. I’ve was 237 last may now I’m down to 204 lbs. any suggestions on toning up? Also any suggestions on reflexes? I can work on balance I was a sponsored rollerblader when I was younger that is something I can get back and have been working on. The cardio is going to be a bitch, as a smoker struggling to quit I’ll get there. One goal at a time. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you and thanks for the videos. If it helps I have the Blackfoot wife and mentioned it in a pow wow video you posted over a year ago.
