Congrats mate. I started watching your videos last year when I decided to get into this sport and also got my wife into it. Got my first and hopefully last DNF in Ironman 70.3 Vietnam earlier this month due to swim and getting kicked a lot. Due to this sport finally can swim now but learning swimming as an adult just 4 months before the race was a bit much for me but I don’t regret anything. My wife did her sprint and now we are both training for next year.

Congrats Miguel! Been following you all along. So happy and excited for your nice progression. I live in Sweden ( neighbourgh with Finland). I have friends qualified for the WC 70.3. They booked accomodation in Helsinki ( capital) which is probably where you will fly to from over seas. Helsinki has a lot of accomodation and is just less than an hours drive away. The little town where the event is hosted is as you know fully booked since long.

Congrats Miguel!! And welcome to Finland in July! You may want to look into staying in the capital Helsinki rather than Lahti which is a smaller city with less hotels, airbnb's etc. It's only an hour and half drive or about an hour train ride from Helsinki. Let me know if you end up going with a Radisson or Sokos hotel, I can probably hook you up with a discount.
