Are you following a particular lifting plan or making it up as you go along? I love seeing endurance athletes add strength training.

i just do strength workouts on the Peloton app! Usually 30 minute or 45 minute full body or lower body. Adrian Williams and Ben Aldis are my fav instructors. They also have “strength for runners” classes that are really good

Great channel. Can I offer some run advice? Your technique is robbing you of TONS of speed and efficiency. I can tell this because even at your fast 5k efforts, your heels are barely coming off the ground. This video will help. 1) more heel lift 2) higher knee 3) less over stride 4) feel like you drive foot strait down, not push back kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZi5eqJ4l818htUsi=cl3ZcwFZ-G8yjxJZ

I’m a triathlete too and after fixing my run form with these techniques I am about 10-20s per mile faster and less injury prone
