I've been following you for about a week now. You have me tracking my macros, warming up before workouts, stretching after my workout and have incorporated burpees into my workout routine. You have even managed to get me to drink black coffee and I thought I could never live without creamer. And not once have you screamed at me like a Drill Sgt. Thanks for keeping it simple God bless

Brhuv I was about to ask you about the warm-up and cool down, good upload. Went from 100 'navy seals' to 115 in 3 days, you are nuts to do 500, I so want to be able to have god level of mental strength you show us. Gonna attack the navy seals until I hit 500 someday. Cheers!

I honestly find him so much more motivating than most fitness KZbinrs. I think it's his no bull attitude and straight forward, honest workouts. Most fitness youtubers focus on aesthetics, Wolf just focuses on being a machine!

I agree with benchinho - less talk and more action. i love that you are able to be instructive about the various exercises without being preachy/long winded. this is what i was looking for - good instruction, safe/doable exercises, the value of hard work, low maintenance-no equipment-high return on your work exercise. good stuff and count me a fan.

Really didn't want to do a workout today, just in from a hard shift in a warehouse handballing boxes and pallets for 8 hours and was so tempted to say "do this one tomorrow" but we need to suck the pain and do the grind to be better than we were yesterday. Done and felt great. Well done to everyone

Rainer Günther get money is a slang term meaning to exercise because in the calisthenics world , the phrase that is used is "Health is Wealth". I typed these up in my phone so I don't have an excuse to not do them- figured I'd share in case anyone else wants them typed out: Full-Body Stretching Routine for Burpees and Calisthenics: - Neck circles- 10x right, 10x left - Triceps Stretch- 10 count right, 10 count left - Shoulders- 10 count right, 10 count left - Chest stretch- 10 count - overhead stretch- 10 count - Arm stretch- 10 count left, 10 count right - Toe touch- 10 count - Legs crossed right over left toe touch- 10 count, left over right 10 count - Quad stretch, left10 count, right 10 count. Keep quad as close to other leg as possible - ITB band stretch, left 10 count, right 10 count. - Abdomen stretch, press up, looking up, 10 count. - On knees, toes forward, chest back, 10 count. - Calve stretch, 10 count right over left, 10 count left over right. I have done the same for the "How to properly warm-up for calisthenics" video as well, find it in the comments there. Again Wolf, thanks for sharing your knowledge and training philosophies.
