WOW! The pumpkin pie looks far beyond amazing. I love the lemon pie as well but pumpkin pie is one of my favorite pies specially in November. Lemon pi is my favorite and I can’t stop making it during summer. My third favorite is the apple pie. I made them with pie filling or eat it with a spoon. I loved this video! Wow!!

Noreen, have you tried making these pies ahead of time and froze them? Just wondering if freezing them would change the texture after they’re thawed.

None of these pies should be frozen ahead of time. They will not do well when thawing out. Trust me on this one.

Your video for whip cream doesn’t include ultra jell. Please advise how to use

Add one tablespoon per cup of cream, but don't add the ultra gel jel until you have whipped the cream to soft peaks.
