Agreed! After watching Gary, you get pumped, motivated to get healthy. I'm always hesitant though when I see the tours, conventions and star line up of speakers. Then you get the booths in the lobby full of products. You leave with credit card debt and hit the ground running. Sadly most peter out or don't get the complete picture only to be disappointed. So after watching a few of Garry's videos, I go to my functional medicine of Idaho doctors page. Boom! The tests you mentioned and a couple others. So if you can only choose two or three which are best? I think Gentic, GI Map and OAT/Amino Acid testing.

That’s right. I had the 10X gene testing and I know it helps but I am still struggling with low blood pressure, adrenal and digestive issues and I am happy you do other test different than blood because my veins have scars from so much blood work and I don’t want to touch them anymore. All I can say is: After a complete and thorough Candida-Elimination I felt better than ever before (virtually like I just jump-started life from scratch). These genetic screening tests aren't even designed to address these common issues to begin with and won't be able to reliably predict the likelihood of the success of such interventions either. And low testosterone and poor cardiovascular health doesn't lead to great health either; DNA-screening isn't helping here either...
