I changed to a WFPB & SOFAS-free diet 4.5 years ago. All my health problems have either improved or disappeared altogether. And the weight I needed to lose came off quickly and easily, and without any negative consequence. It truly is the healthiest lifestyle for all humans. It's difficult to get out of "The Pleasure Trap" ... but it can be done! And you'll feel so much better!!!!

Milk has been a part of our culture from ages ….
@indigodolphin4 ай бұрын
Child-marriage was part of the culture for ages too. Women couldn't inherit property for ages too. Just because something has been culturally done for ages doesn't mean it's good ... or right.

@@indigodolphin ma’am you please refrain from Consuming milk 🙏. It’s been a part of Indian diet from very long time , so there is no harm in consuming it. After some time a study will come ‘ milk is the best source of calcium & protein and other essential vitamin minerals… people will make opposite videos. And comparing child marriage to milk is it self so childish.

There r many reasons of osteoporosis ... absorption of calcium is also big concern ...sorry to say but milk n ghee r not that bad as u r stating...
@pradeep7731Ай бұрын
For osteoporosis Dairy is one of the reason . Animal protein is acidic in nature and blood ph is slighty alkaline . So to buffer calcium (alkaline n easiest source ) leaches from bones and get it into blood which leads to osteoporosis n kidney stones . Waiting for Reply

I respect your views Dr. Shah but there are some things I felt were distorted facts.. 1. "Milk consumption in India was less" in fact almost every household in India had cows and everyone consumed cow milk (desi breed) which is why Indians have been and are more healthy than most other countries' people. Not just health but wisdom and intelligence were ours! Bombay may have been a different story because it was mostly westernised in those days. 2. Lord Krishna did not steal because there wouldn't be enough milk but it was His pastime to please his devotees who in fact wanted Him to do it. Secondly, the cows and calves were also happy because Krishna would let the calves loose so they would go their mothers and drink all the milk. By this He intended that the calves be fed first and whatever was remaining, that could be consumed by humans. 3. The West didn't know how to lovingly look after cows bcz they only know how to do things by force and hence getting cow milk was involved with lot of unethical practices. But India is different where people worship cows as mother.... Not speaking of NOW where there are so many concocted theories coming up due to no knowledge. ....
@saritakumta5958Ай бұрын
None of the facts were distorted . Please research the truth about the dairy industry . Most dairy worshippers have closed their eyes and ears and do not want to know the truth as they want to continue indulging in this horrendous exploitation of sentient animals . Dairy industry is more cruel than even the meat industry and is a major contributor to ecological destruction . All the malpractices of the dairy industry are carefully hidden away from gullible people who still continue to worship dairy !
