My name is Martin Snoeck. I am 70 years old. Last March, I was diagnosed with very severe narrowing of the spinal canal at the level of the 4th, 5th lumbar vertebrae and 1st sacral vertebra. The pain was excruciating, unbearable. As if someone stuck a cutter blade between two vertebrae! Sometimes I even lost the use of my legs for a few seconds! It was very debilitating, very distressing. It was my daughter Charlotte who, after several years of research into nutrition, opened my eyes and made me understand that I urgently needed to change my lifestyle (She stopped the progression of her multiple sclerosis only by changing her diet. No more medication for 4 years, no new plaques for 4 years!). By following her advice, I switched overnight - on June 30 - to a strictly carnivorous diet: I only eat what comes from an animal. You won't believe me... And I didn't believe it myself! But after 5 days, my lower back pain was gone!! In a few weeks, I found a completely normal, supple back, even though I could no longer tie my shoelaces! And all my joint pain (shoulder, fingers, toes) that I lived with and that I found “normal” for a man of my age have also disappeared. I suffer from Haglund's disease: it's a bone spur that grows out of the calcaneus and cuts into my Achilles tendon. The thorn is still there, but the pain and chronic tendon inflammation have disappeared! I can put back on shoes that my foot no longer fit into. I can even run, which had become impossible for me! I lost 12 kg in 12 weeks, weight loss continues at a slower pace now. My general state is transformed: I find strength, energy, dynamism, I regain my memory, I am 20 years younger! Likewise, my intestinal system is transformed: no more pain or spasms of the intestine, stable and regular functioning, no more inflammation there either. So here is my assessment after 7 months. I think it's a wonderful illustration of the fact that our diet based on carbohydrates and fiber is infinitely inflammatory and causes real public health disasters, not to mention obesity or diabetes.

My testimonial is now more than a year old. I'm 71 now, and doing strong! I want to stress one point: arthritis is inflammation. Pure inflammation. And you can get rid of it simply by eliminating all carbs- all carbs-!!- from your diet. So simple it's marely hard to believe...

57yo male. Had general arthritis in all of my fingers. 14 months strict carnivore and it has all reversed. No more red lumps on my knuckles, no more joint pain. Body wide inflammation is all gone. And that’s just the minor surprises I was not expecting. Major digestive issues after multiple bowel surgeries have been the main reason I am now a strict carnivore.

I was in a biking accident 4 and 1/2 weeks ago. I broke 13 ribs and my right clavicle. 11 ribs but some had multiple breaks. I was in the hospital for a week where I essentially fasted other than one meal that was brought to me and some carnivore snax because the food there was all processed carbohydrate and I didn't want to eat any of it. I've been home now for 3 weeks and I am healing more quickly than the doctor expects because of my diet. What is my diet? You already know! Almost pure carnivore. I do have coffee once a day with about an ounce of heavy cream and other than that it is primarily grass-fed, grass finished beef. I have a little bit of full fat grass-fed cheese as a condiment, I don't sit and eat ounces of it at a time. If anyone has recommendations for any supplements or anything else I could be doing, please let me know. I want to heal as fast as I can. I get on my exercise bike for 10 to 12 minutes twice a day just to get some blood flow and I'm doing deep breathing exercises.

I had my first gout attack in January 2023. My second in april and i had an attack every other week since. Alopurinol didn't work. I took colchicine and prednisone for the pain when i had an attack. July 26th i had had pain in my foot for two days and it was starting to swell. I threw every single carbs and processed food i had, and ate breakfast saussages and ground beef for the whole day. The pain was gone by the night, and the swelling was gone by the morrow night. I had some episode of flare up with minor swelling because i though i could get away with braising my meat in fresh tomatoes, onions and mushroom... I used the tomatoey broth as bone broth (I braise my meat with marrow bones), and nope, that half a tomato a day kept me in pain... Cheese also seem to make my tendinopathy act up...

Well, I don’t know what kind of a case study. This is cause it was all only me, but I ripped the muscle in my adductor actually falling through a porch and I couldn’t run anymore. I couldn’t have to cancel a bunch of things and this is why I went on the carnivore diet. A friend was saying he said if they say, you are what you eat why don’t you eat what you are being you know red meat and see if that helps heal it now I was told the way I ripped it. It was gonna be probably a half almost half year till it was completely recovered. I was completely recovered in less than five weeks, besides the diet, I was doing exercises on it and working on it and within three weeks I was jogging again with a little bit of pain here and there and in 4 to 5 weeks I can never feel pain again. I never went back to the doctor to see if the rip was still there You know or anything, but I was able to keep on working. I never had to be in a leg boot and all this other stuff that they wanted and I kind of just kept going working on it exercising and eating a lot of red meat and the only thing I know that was really interesting. Was I was about 20 pounds overweight and I didn’t lose a pound I didn’t lose nothing. I think everything I was eating was going right to that issue that I was having because after it was healed I lost my 20 pounds really quick and now I’m maintaining, like I said this is science it’s just been a fluke. God could’ve came down and healed me that I just wanted to put it in my two cents.

The NHS “diabetic nurse” argues with him at his routine check ups and tells him to stop eating eggs and cheese and meat and to “NEVER” skip breakfast and he argues back with her and tells her about his son (me) telling him that her advice is nonsense. They actually tell him to eat potatoes and fruit “in moderation”. The doctors and nurses in the UK are mad mate and don’t have a clue. I would say most doctors aren’t in the field to make money. If so, they are smart enough and could make money doing something else that is far less stressful and takes less time to complete. I think that Dr’s are held liable for anything they tell patients and the carnivore diet hasn’t been scientifically proven effective yet. For example, so many doctors told patients about vegan diets and now they have to back peddle and with people’s lives on the line they can’t just say “sorry” I was wrong.
