I'm not going to spend a lot of time on a minimum of a 10,000 word essay to debunk everything you said. In the study you posted, you dramatically stated that there has been no decline in coronary heart deaths. Here's the math in the study on the same page you posted. 466 per 100,000 deaths related to coronary heart disease in 1965 that declined to 346 deaths per 100,000 in 1980 or a 26% decrease, and from 1980 to 2008 a decrease from 345 to 123 per 100,000 or a 64% decrease. This very study you posted shows that with those dietary changes that were suggested 50 years ago that you rail against, they must have played a part in the decrease in heart disease, not the opposite. The time lines match up and the numbers you posted show it. A little heart history. In 1670 Kercking discovered the polypous disease or the formation of clots. Imagine that, clots back then when according to you we only ate meat and we were healthy as can be. 1761 Giovanni Morganni described lesions as hardening of the arteries. Dangit Bobby they had hardening of the arteries back then? Wonder what caused it? It’s not a trick question. There's tons more but these ground breaking discoveries which were mechanistic in nature led to the furthering of scientific studies which were used as the building blocks for further research. FYI. There was coronary heart disease in the early 1900's which can be supported by the above discoveries helping in diagnosis, but the electrocardiagram was still in it's infancy until the early 1900's when they discovered arrythmia and acute myocardial infarction. Also, heart disease was the third leading cause of death behind pneumonia, which antibiotics were introduced in the 20's to help cure resulting in it’s decline and tuberculosis which had cures discovered in the early 40's and its subsequent decline. Imagine that, the science of heart disease was just in it's infancy but gaining fast until it was number 1 as a killer, well before the 50 year window everyone is spewing gibberish about. As far as sugar. We were ingesting up to 20lbs of sugar annually in the late 1800's in part due to a treaty with Hawaii in the late 1800’s. I do agree it's not healthy based on individual metabolisms, but I will also tell you that the twinkie diet was great for weight loss and the blood work was fine for the participants short term. You do know that sticky stuff in the arteries does not cure itself and that's why the stents are put in to help with blood flow that has been restricted by plaque etc. It hasn't changed since the basics were being discovered as noted above. I'll stick with the Phd's who use the total of the science and biology to give rational approaches within a margin of safety, that have been used in large control groups vs the cherry pickers and those mechanistic in isolation studies used by the influencers as a completion method, instead of using comorbidities and other whole science basis’s to come to a more informed conclusion.

@@Paul_n_Texas stick with the PHDs? What a joker. Are those the same PHD fools that claim that the jab was safe and effective? A lot of those studies are manipulated and many times contradictory.

@@SamuelabcdeI’m not talking about the jab. You’re creating a straw man argument which isn’t necessary if you know what you’re talking about. What did I state that you disagree with and you have actual data that will support it? I used the study Pete had in his video which proved him wrong. It’s right in front of your eyes yet you present gibberish as an argument.

Don’t waste you time with these people. They read in what hey want to hear……now this is some large conspiracy. They are absolutely correct with everything they are saying about sugar and processed foods, with the exception of unlimited cholesterol. Moderation people…..

@@Samuelabcde Ironically one of the Phd's / MD I follow just posted a video this morning that uses those RCT's and meta studies in his analysis. It's about high cholesterol and other things. If you want to challenge him with your intellect feel free. He's a really nice man and can easily put the snake oil salesmen and quacks in their place with kindness. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pGXLYmZriKeYmMU
