Thanks for sharing. I’ve always used a pump. Over the course of an off-road trip I air up and down too many times for CO2 to make sense. When I off road, I’m not in a hurry. That’s one reason I off road. I feel like I’m in a hurry with almost everything else I do in life. I’ll wait on the pump lol.

Thanks for the video. I have the same pump, but not hard mounted, and a 10lb super tank. I bring 'em both. But...I'm usually by myself, or with one passenger, so space is not an issue.

For almost a year now I've been using my spare to air up. I over fill it to 80psi. Then when I air down my tires to about 13psi I hock up 4 hose system to spare tire. It distributes air to all four tires evenly and brings them back up to about 30 psi. (safety note make sure your spare is in decent shape ie not cracked or patched). Works great and only takes about one minute.

CO2 tank is bulky and a hassel to refill but the reliability is undisputed! It will not fail you!!!

I just upgraded my Smittty and installed an ARB in the back of my JL. By the time the kids have peed and the wife has stretched her legs, I’m ready to roll again. I have 35s. Maybe for 40* tires a tank is worth it? On the other hand, how hot does your Smitty get by tire #4?
