What is the background supposed to look like for the clients? Should it be completed by a different background each time? What should the website for them to sign up with look like, one page set up etc..?

Hi! Great question - the client's background is completely up to you. Of course, you will probably have clients who don't fit your ideal profile, but your course and communication will be customized to the client avatar you've chosen in the first steps of your course creation process. Regarding the website, it really depends on how simple or complex you'd like it to be. We suggest starting with a simple version, one page set up, with a clear offering and easy sign-up. We suggest looking at other website pages from coaches or educators to get ideas, but we strongly advise against "imitating" especially if the pages are complex. Sometimes, we get stuck in the process trying to have everything "perfect" first, but it's better to put it out there and start getting feedback, and then you can tweak it along the way. As a brand new coach, how would I test if my course is even something people would want to buy? How do I know what to charge for it? And how would I find people willing to enroll? (I have no audience on any platform.)

Hi Megan! Great question. An idea is you can start with the first steps on identifying your target audience, deciding what you want to offer, etc, and then ask friends, family, and colleagues for their feedback. If possible, reach out to people who would fit your target audience and ask for their feedback as well. If they seem interested, you'll know the idea has potential or maybe needs some adjustments, and how much they'd be willing to pay for it. And for finding people, we always suggest to find them where they hang out. When identifying your target audience, including what platforms they use, if they're active on social media will help as those are the channels you can use to reach them later.
