I'm sorry but you're tripping the combat is actually amazing. It may seem basic on the surface but you can mix and match and cancel/reset combos mid string in to other things to pull off some really flashy stuff. I can't tell if you genuinely just don't like it or if you just don't understand it cause in that frieza clip you were just hitting normal attack and then backing away to do a super over and over lol

This game is amazing if you love DBZ you need to play this game, if you have a PS4/5 and have ps plus this game is free to play its in there gaming catalog so I would recommend 100%

Honestly i agree with you, while its a not a great game, but for any dbz fan, they would probably love anything servicable. The thing about xenoverse 2 that i didnt like was how button mashing was your way to go for nearly more than half of the game, but creating your own character and having different super and ultimate attacks kept it fresh. But the enemies were easy for first half of game. Here having passable combat is really repetitive after you get into mid game. I really thought they would innovate the combat to be tactical and strategic where its not just about mashing and dodging. You critique was great and undderrated

What they need to do is make more non canon open world with proper story side quests original story maybe even throw a cheeky new form in there that's exclusive only to the game and just make the combat polished and sexy as fuck and even make a move creator or something and boom you got yourself a master piece ✊
