In this episode, you will learn if fruit is good or bad? or if it should be ONE or the other. You will discover that fruit can be incredibly healthy and most Americans would be doing a healthy thing to eat more fruit. On the other hand, you will learn if you are eating too much fruit, fruit will crowd out other plant foods that could benefit your health more than over-eating more fruit because you feel it is best.

Fruit is the perfect fast food. It is perfectly cooked by the sun, so much natural water, and comes in it's own package.

Im on an all fruit diet along with herbs to heal naturally from cancer. Not doing any medical treatments. I feel better than I've ever felt.

Hope you don't go the way of Steve Jobs... Please take medically approved treatments for cancer and supplement it with your fruits and herbs if you like.

@@taintmueslix not that I know of. I’m getting checked again in September to see if I’ve made any progress. If not, I’ll just keep going with what I’m doing. I’m not getting any treatment or surgery.

@@Candylandavenue1 sugar is cancer's preferred fuel. of course you can't eat zero sugar, but a diet of predominantly raw non-starchy vegetables would contain the highest amount of anti-cancer nutrients and the lowest amount of fuel for the cancerous growths you do have

fruits AND veg are great! what may help is adding legumes and whole grains... these thing are associated with favourable outcome in basically ALL studies...

I have been having chronic sinusitis for over 4 years now and fruit is not good for me. I was living off of fruits and it didn't help. Herbs and greens is the way to go for my body's state.

not according to chronometer. enter 2000 calories of various fruits and 2000 calories of various raw vegetables and you'll see how much more nutrient-dense vegetables are than fruit

Is it still better for people that work overnight to eat sugar and carbs in the morning? Does the circadian rythm change if you sleep all morning?

Durianrider adds sugar to water and his fruits and cereal. He doesn't see seye to eye with most others on this issue

The answer is simple : The dose makes the poison. The recommended maximum amount of fructose per day is 25 grams (0,033 lbs Pound). Excessive consumption leads to liver stress, rising blood lipid levels and increased risk of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, I do not juice fruit (exception : pomegranate and watermelon in summer), but only vegetables.

@@owwwkinky better than juicing because the fructose content is lower. It‘s best to eat fruit unprocessed, because it‘s easier to control the amount of fructose.
