hahah Oh my God! Yes, someone who finally tells women to take responsibility for their love future and outcome. Instead of being all about the other person... it made sense to me. Women LOVE to ask: "what did he think? what does he want?" and they NEVER think: what do I think? what do I want?? crazy!

Oh my gosh Amy - when you mentioned that we don't look to see if they are right for us, but that we are looking to see if we are right for them resonated with me so much! I love the concept of taking the list of those 5 core values and shifting how we use it to assess ourselves internally about the relationship. I will definitely be sharing this with my daughters!!! GREAT information to absorb completely Amy. Thank you. 💜

Very well said. I have experienced my body talking to me after I had a call with a toxic person for the second time. I felt anxiety, sinking feeling and cried.

When you have an abandonment wound that remains frozen and unhealed in your body, you can understand all the reasons why shouldn't do something, but still do it. Watch this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5PZaKB-jNqqZtU

Hie there, I might be too late but I just had to reply. You have to badger it into you - what I mean by that is repetition. Say that you love yourself again and again and again. Affirm it, write it, whatever works for you, just do it repeatedly. In the beginning you might wonder what the hell you’re doing and what for, but after a few days I promise the sentiment will start changing to “fuck yeah I love myself”.
