I am YEARS post menopausal and am pretty sure that I will always now have memory issues, foggy brain, vibrating and zaps, occasional fatigue, joint pain, itchiness, and a higher temperature than I had before menopause. The only thing that I have managed to have mostly escaped are the hot flashes that I was having every 15 minutes or less. Thanks to your videos I at least don’t feel like I am dying or have a horrible disease anymore.

Just after I hit menopause, all of the spatial stuff and lack of emotions and forgetfulness started hitting me... I'm normally a very sensitive and sometimes emotional person. I'm the empathetic person who sits there and listens to you and questions you and supports you.... But lately when people tell me something horrendous or sad that's going on in their life, I just stare at them and I'm not sure even what to say.. it's almost like I've become calloused ? It's like I can't feel anymore... I seriously wonder if all these Karen's we see on KZbin are actually women going through menopause ! Yes! Anxiety out of nowhere for no reason! Life is busy, but no more than normal. And the phantom smells. Yep, I've got them, too. What bothers me the most right now are the weird digestive issues and chronic insomnia/sleep apnea -- when I sleep! I've slept like a baby all my life, but when I hit menopause, all of a sudden I can't sleep any longer than four hours AT THE MOST. Sometimes it's as little as 90 minutes without waking. It's miserable. I'm exhausted all the time. I started on HRT about six weeks ago and am hoping to see significant improvement in all of these things within another six weeks or so. For all of you suffering from hair loss and thinning hair, please look into Iodine. I was going bald and my thinning hair was so embarrassing. I started taking Lugol's 2% Iodine - much more than what is recommended. (I built up to about 8 - 12 drops every day) This was 1 April 2024. Since then (4 months) my hair has become noticeably thicker and I now have bangs - my hair has been growing in like crazy and for some reason my flat, lifeless hair is now wavy, curly and all over the place and the gray has almost completely disappeared. It's wonderful. The Iodine also seems to help with the ovarian cysts I've suffered from for 20 years. I can't say that it has helped with much of anything else, but this has been huge for me. Good Luck!

I started going through the menopause in 2004 it's 2024 I'm 62 years old and I'm still feeling awful, [ I had a full hysterectomy in 2003] but in 2018 I was diagnosed with graves disease, lost my thyroid in 2019 and were put on thyroid hormone replacement, my menopausal symptoms have gone off the scale revamped to a level I just can't stand . I came off the thyroid medication just to see if this thyroid medication was the cause, it most definitely was because I went back to where I was before I took the thyroid hormone medication. As menopause is hormone related so is taking thyroid hormone... can taking a thyroid hormone replacement medication effect your menopausal state? I feel it can, I have serious problems with my mental health at the moment something I didn't really notice when first going through the menopause it was mainly the usual symptoms..sweating, hair loss , tingling, putting on weight ect but mental health was ok. I now feel I'm in a perpetual loony loop taking this thyroid medication as well as having re vamped menopausal symptoms 🤦♀️ and I can't stop taking the thyroid hormone as I have no thyroid...and specialist endocrinologists are useless in this matter😡

Yes, I keep smelling someone smoking a pipe. Also , my coffee taste and smells like Acetone. Can we talk about bleeding. Fourteen years ago was the first time I bled severe for 3 days. The first day I went through three adult diapers soaked right through them day two I soaked through two diapers and day 3 one diaper. Then it was over. 7. Years go by And it happens again. 7 years later It happens again. Blood just came gushing out of me the first Day I Soaked through three adult diapers the second day I soaked through two adult diapers and the third day I soaked through one adult diaper And now it's normal again except this time i've been bleeding regularly non stop Since february of this year 2024. I had no other symptoms except for I was bleeding very heavy. Passing large blood clots..
