In hindsight, it really is rather eye-opening that Harry would leave MM during a time that she's suffering the most brutal press she's ever gotten in the US, EVER. IMO, the bad press she was getting in the UK, pre-Megxit was not nearly as hostile as it is now, while her press in the US was glowing. Now her US press is just as hostile , but it was her pre-Megxit press that made her suicidal? To me, this makes me believe more & more that at some point, Harry figured out that she was never suicidal. The CBS interview was very telling. Harry clearly didn't want to discuss MM's supposed thoughts of suicide when pregnant with Archie. He couldn't have looked more disinterested if he tried. MM also looked very uneasy & per Neil Sean she was very angry that Jane Pauley pressed her on the subject. It appears to me like they were hoping that the many proven lies from Oprah interview would never be talked about again & forgotten & CBS just made it harder for them & everyone else to forget how much they lied in that interview & just how obvious those lies were. Her claims of going to HR & being denied help for her mental health was one of the most ridiculous & things anyone with common sense had ever heard & a lie that Harry himself inadvertently debunked in The Me You Can't See, when he told Oprah he never sought help for his wife because he was too ashamed. Something strange is going on at the US Patent and Trademark Office. Yesterday, a “Letter of Protest” was added to the document file for the American Riviera Orchard trademark application. The letter was written by the Commissioner of Trademarks at the USPTO. The letter noted that “American Riviera Orchard” would be infringing the current trademark for “Royal Riviera.” The letter was a bit snarky, as it went on to say that the infringement issue should have been readily apparent to the applicant (Meghan). I went back a few hours later to get a screen shot of letter, and it was gone! Not only that, but a prior letter of “Non-Final Action” was also gone. That was the initial USPTO verdict that said ARO is ineligible for trademark due to including a geographic location in name. I did get a screen shot of the USPTO “Prosecution History,” which shows both letters had been added to files, and the date they were added. In short, Meghan was given notice that “American Riviera Orchard “ would be infringing numerous pre-existing trademarks. I just find it really odd that both letters were removed from the website. “Patent” literally means “open.” The entire patent or trademark process should be publicly available for viewing. Meghan has 3 more weeks to respond to the August 30 Non-Final Action, or the application will be denied. Curious to see how she will spin this.
