I was considering it until my neighbour moved and started renting his place. The tennants are tearing it apart, police their once a month. Im considering moving now. Much easier collecting dividends, despite the taxes.

That's definitely an unfortunate situation to be in. Although never guaranteed, sounds like he chose a bad tenant...

Being in the discord and starting trading is literally changing my life. I'm starting witha small $2,000 account but I got it up to $19,600 in one week! Not a lot of money but that's a big growth for me.🎉🎉🎉

Same here, I'm blessed only.God knows how much I praise her, £32,000 every week! I now have a good house and can now afford anything and also support my family, and never will I forget to pay my tithes because God has been so faithful to me and my family

Yeah! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Thank you mrs Lisa magret, imagine investing $12,000 and received $202,500.

@@GriffinMilks Don't shoot the messenger, even the Canadian Real Estate Association is saying it's going to be a slow rest of the year and next year.

Job growth? like really Griffin. 6.2 % unemployment and rising. Low quality immigrants flooding this country with no money in their pockets living 6-8 people in a 2 bedroom apartment.. If you have money sitting around as an investor like good money, invest in something without headache like crazy tenants and such. Not even considering selling down the road and paying 66% taxes beyond 250K.

I'm speaking over the long-term, in this region. Also, not necessarily right now currently, but rather over many years/decades, which is what you want to focus on as a real estate investor. I'm still confident in Ottawa's growth as a region, as it's backed by the GoC. As for the crazy tenants and headaches, it's totally case by case.

@@GriffinMilks planning for long-term is super hilarious and really really fucking hard so it's almost pointless bro

invest in businesses not in real estate.. leave homes to be something that people use to live in and not to use it as a way to earn income.. this whole mentality is bullshit and is one of the reasons why we got into this mess

I'm talking about multi-family properties that have always and will always remain rentals. Alos, landlords have existed for hundreds/thousands of years. This isn't a new concept
