He says I was the same weight at 19 as today with maybe 30lbs heavier. I seen him at 250 at age 20 and he wasn't lean! He replaced that bodyfat with lean muscle and what an excellent way to get around claiming natty, See! Im close to the same weight maybe 30lbs heavier! And at 280 30lbs heavier he is still leaner at 55 then when he was 20. And some how he's also involved with a TRT clinic! Imagine that! Mike O'hearn wouldn't be where his is at today without PEDs!

He’s not, his strength is the give away more than his size even. I got pretty big naturally with creatine, protein and consistent years in the gym. But I would never be able to hit 315 behind the neck shoulder press. I’m 250 natty and that’s not happening. 315 is a nice bench for us natty guys, get a few reps with it, not putting it behind our necks ffs.
